Please complete the steps outlined below to set up your new Nanosonics account. This will ensure delivery of your trophon high level disinfection products.

We welcome you to the Nanosonics family and look forward to supporting you through our expert infection prevention team for all aspects of your ultrasound infection prevention requirements. We truly appreciate the continued opportunity to serve you!

Step 1: Onboarding form

Complete new customer onboarding form and provide a Form W-9 and tax-exempt certificate if applicable for your organization.  Set-up process will take approximately one week upon receipt.

If you believe you have an existing account with Nanosonics

Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to ensure that we have all needed information for your account. Please include the following information in your email:

• Facility name
• Nanosonics account number if known
• Bill to address
• Ship to address(s)

Step 2: Establishing your account in our system

Nanosonics will complete a credit check and load your information into our ERP system.

Step 3: Welcome communication

Once your account is established, a welcome email will be sent to the person designated on the account onboarding form. The email will contain a Nanosonics Welcome Letter, Nanosonics From W-9 and our MRSP Price List.

Step 4: Sign into the Nanosonics Customer Center

The Nanosonics Customer Center is your central hub of information and resources. Find product and clinical information, training resources and order consumables via our online ordering portal.

Helpful tips for placing orders once your account is set up

1. Placing Consumable Orders

Consumables orders can be placed through EDI via GHX, Email, Fax or our online ordering portal. They typically ship within one-to-two business days of receipt. 

GHX Integrated EDI – If you are already a trading partner with GHX, you can send Nanosonics, Inc. an invitation to become a buyer. You will need your Nanosonics ship-to account number.

If you are an active MetaTrade account with Nanosonics, you may now convert to an Integrated order channel (output: GHX EDI; GS value: Nanosonics DUNS 066472423).  For Nanosonics policies and detailed mapping information, visit the Ways to Order Tip Sheet.

2. Changes from ordering through GE

Nanosonics and GE have used different Item numbers (SKU’s) from each-other. Below are the most common items and the item numbers that will need to be used to place orders from Nanosonics. Please use the Nanosonics SKU number when ordering and be sure to mark these new product SKU numbers in your system for future orders.
